      Description

      DM-20205 introduces a new api for pipeline tasks. This ticket will update the existing pipeline tasks to use this new api.

            A stack with both this ticket and 20205 are built on lsst-dev at /home/nate2/lsstsw and tagged as current

            Review complete; comments on a few PRs.  I suspect Yusra AlSayyad is probably the person best suited to reply to many of my comments in pipe_tasks.

            Nate Lust, with what time you have remaining before you leave please focus on replying on PRs rather than making changes; I can make changes later but would prefer not to do so unilaterally.

            I also think we should change the injected PipelineTaskConfig.connections.connectionClass to ConnectionsClass for similarity with ConfigClass (commented to that effect on the pipe_base PR for DM-20205.
