      Description

      The gnerateAcronyms should be modified to repeatably scan the glossary list (or write the file and use that)  until all related glossary items are included i.e. until the glossary stops growing.   It is commented currently that you have to run it repeatedly to get the full set as items pull in other glossary terms.
