Description

This ticket is for compatibility issue when moving to conda 4.7.

Known: Conda 4.7 doesn't like conda clean for some reason, which doesn't play very will with lsstsw.

I thought we knew about the ".yaml" extension requirement so I'm surprised we hadn't fixed that already.

We did, but when I was testing I realized I was rooting around in old code initially before fixing my environment. I've updated the ticket to be a bit more general.
