The auxTel mapper doesn't need a raftName in its templates, and if you include one   it confuses the butler when it tries to look up a seqNum and includes raftName in the SQL.  One could avoid this by adding a raftName in the registry, but that's a hack and a nuisance at this point as it'd require reingesting.
