Fix calib reference in plot_photoCalib

      Description

      Lauren MacArthur pointed out on slack that I'd missed a `calib` reference in jointcal's plot_photoCalib script:

      I need to fix that, and I should check if any of the other bin/ scripts in jointcal have a similar issue.
