Ensure all prescan/overscan accessors exist

      Description

      Camera generation from yaml and FITS disagree on naming of serial/parallel vs horizontal/vertical, and disagree on the existence of all types of -scans.  Ensure accessors exist so that any nomenclature works correctly.

            Hey folks — for future reference — it makes things easier for reporting and accounting if all completed tickets have the “story point” field set to an estimate of how long it took to complete the work (with the conversion rate being 1 SP = half a day of uninterrupted work). It's not necessary to be highly accurate — sticking in 1 SP for anything that you spent time on is fine, even if it only took an hour or two.
