          The job to build the devtoolset-8 containers has been submitted, but it's a busy day for Jenkins so it might take a while.

          Full CI (lsst_distrib ci_hsc) is passing with devtoolset-8 on both CentOS 6 & 7. Come Monday we will switch on tarball and stack and LSP container builds.

          devtoolset-8 has replaced devtoolset-6 everywhere in the build-ci-test chain. I haven't seen any real issues so I think we can close?
