Install ipdb in T&S docker

      Description

      It would be very helpful for debugging T&S software if we had the `ipdb` package installed as part of the T&S docker container. ipdb is small, and doesn't have many dependencies, but I find it invaluable when debugging code. Can you please add it to our docker container?

            I would also like to have this. pdb works but ipdb has some nice improvements, including auto-completion.
