            Robert Lupton I've rewritten DMTN-133 following the discussion we had before Thanksgiving with Kian-Tat Lim. Can you please take a look and see if you approve? If you do we can start to think about an implementation. Andy Clements you might also be interested in the note.

            This looks fine as a first pass.  One thing that we need to address is latency – if we run a focus sweep we block on getting the data processed before we can proceed.

            There is no problem doing a focus sweep so long as all the observations for the focus sweep are taken by the same observing script.
