Description
This epic covers refactoring the LSST Science Pipelines obs_ infrastructure. It is not directly related to SQuaRE deliverables however it will facilitate integration and commissioning which involve data taking from a variety of test stands, ComCam, LSST Cam, etc, which Simon is supporting as the Commissioning liaison for DM and SQuaRE's involvement in metric tooling.
