            Ticket scope is to actually issue the call, so I'll incorporate SAC comments and further changes on the ticket branch before merging to master.

            Leanne Guy, can you review these updates that incorporate the SAC comments?

            Key changes in response to SAC comments:

            LDM-723 (broker call & template):

            • Pushed due date back to June 15 (but kept end of August notification deadline)
            • changed page limit to 10 pages
            • moved prompts for content into LDM-723, from the submission template
            • pushed back availability date of sample alerts
            • implemented suggestions throughout

            LDM-612:

            implemented most suggestions. Text in red is being removed from the next version, so comments on those sections are not applicable. Omitted simple "yes" answers to some clarifications questions.
