Add support for per-DatasetType metadata fields in queries

      Description

      Make it possible to utilize per-DatasetType fields configured by the StorageClass (DM-21773) in the Registry query methods.

      Probably needs to include a way to recognize when regions/timespans from different DatasetTypes are redundant (e.g. raw and calexp).  Easiest way might be to make it possible for a DatasetType table to "provide" a dimension field.

            Tim Jenness, I think we should remove this from the stability milestone label, too, for the same reasons as DM-21773 (and this ticket shouldn't need to change the schema any way - it's just going along with the schema changes from that ticket).
