      Description

      Make a few simple command-line scripts that exercise the MT Rotator by talking to the Rotator CSC. This is intended to help Te-Wei Tsai shake out the MT Rotator at SLAC, especially my new Python CSC.

          I put the rotator script in ts_rotator as bin/command_rotator.py on ticket DM-21949

          I put the hexapod script into ts_hexapod as bin/command_hexapod.py using this ticket branch: https://github.com/lsst-ts/ts_hexapod/pull/4
