Description

~~DM-1576~~ changes the default astrometry task, which changes some config overrides for astrometry. Examine the config overrides in the obs_ packages for outdated fields.

I found two config override files and one comment in obs_sdss that needed updating. The change is trivial so I'm self-reviewing. This must be merged to master when ~~DM-1576~~ is merged.
