Update the Middleware Based on the Updated xml

      Description

      This task will update the middleware code to follow the updated xml of hexapod and rotator. Russell and Rob planned to update it based on the test in SLAC and naming convention. And this will break the middleware code definitely. Therefore, the update of middleware is necessary.

      This is a followed-up task of:

      DM-21699, DM-20969, and DM-20971.

            The task is invalid now because T&S software team will use the new salobj CSC codes for hexapod and rotator.

            I agree with Te-Wei's assessment. I am not sure why this is in review. I suggest changing it to Won't Fix.
