          Installed the chrome, vscode, sublime text, labview 2018 sp1, thunderbird, docker, docker-compose, slack, miniconda 3, ds9, and needed ssh keys.

          Verified this is a real laptop with CentOS 7, labview, and a bunch of other lsst and development tools, and it is as ready as it can be to deal with networking challenges on the summit.
