Remove workarounds for char0 field in arrays topics from salobj

      Description

      salobj still has at least one workaround for the deprecated field char0 (in test_sal_info.py once DM-22293 is removed). Once a version of ts_xml is released that contains DM-22304 remove all such workarounds.
