Assist in mass IP changes

      Description

      There is a rework going on with IT that will require the IP changes of many machines. Eric Coughlin and I have split the machines on what is most relevant to our work.           The 3 cRIO's at aux tel are done. All that is left is the time server.

          Dome is moving with new IP changes. This can be verified if you are aware that the aux tell dome has been moving within the last day or two. 

          Time server is also completed by Adrien I believe. He confirmed with me that it has been readdressed.

          Attached this to DM-18411 since it was dealing with aux tel machines (although not specifically the calibration system...)
