Add missing acronyms to etc/glossarydefs.csv

      Description

      During the implementation of DM-22540, I have noticed that many acronyms are missing in the CSV file. Since adding all the acronyms may require some time and is not strictly related to DM-22540, this issue is opened.

      Note also that Jira glossary entry has to be changed to Jira.

            We haven't typically been using the product tree acronyms on a regular basis, so it may actually be confusing to put them in the file.
