Correct the acknowledgments in the TMA software.

Status update - The TMA management and EUI is installed and running on my CentOS laptop. The Network Shared Variable simulator is running on my windows laptop. Right now trying to change all the IP address and make sure the two software are connecting well. Also documenting this process as a separate task part of DM-23334.
The EUI runs, so does the Network Shared Variables. No longer doing acknowledgement fixes since we are changing direction and using our own internal salobj.
This being said the documentation for installing the NSV Simulator is documented as part of TM-23334. Met with Julen twice to get the EUI and NSV simulator running. The EUI now runs successful with an NSV Simulator connected properly.
In my office I can verify this work by showing you the NSV Simulator running, the EUI running on my computer, and the added documentation to the TMA Technote.

Have laptop again after I broke it.... :'(
Reinstalling tma software, should be faster since it's my 4th installation. First task on the software will be to recompile with the correct ack's and figure out how to verify it. Which will likely mean understanding how to standup certain simulators to interact with the tma_management class.
