The ap_verify CI job creates SQLite databases in <dataset-dir>/association.db. These databases contain valuable debugging information that can't be represented by metrics (e.g., individual source IDs and locations). It would be useful if these database files were stored for later analysis.

Simon Krughoff pointed to ap_verify.groovy as the code that needs changing.
