Update Jenkins jobs to point to the Nexus3 production server

      Description

      Various Jenkins jobs were pushing to the temporary Nexus3 repo.  Now that the production server, https://repo-nexus.lsst.org/nexus/, has been created, update the jobs to use this server.

      This task covers the work to update the Jobs and run them to ensure they work.

            Got a couple of jobs pushing to the new Nexus3 server.  The command is as follows:

            curl -Ss --write-out %{http_code} -u $nexus_username:$nexus_password -T $rpm https://repo-nexus.lsst.org/nexus/repository/ts_yum/releases/
