      Description

      We recently received spatially varying filter scans for the HSC NB filters. These will be necessary to run fgcmcal on HSC NB filters. The raw files will be formatted to put into obs_subaru filterTraces.py

          Once this lands, we also need to get installTransmissionCurves.py run again at NCSA.
