In preparation for the resumption of development effort on the LSP Portal Aspect (see milestone DM-PORTAL), review:

• Documented Portal Aspect requirements and to what extent they are satisfied by the "frozen" Portal effort and any external developments in Firefly since then;
• Existing "SUI" use cases (see LDM-244); and
• Inputs from all PDAC-era and 2020-2021-era LSP testing.

The deliverable should be a prioritized set of requirements for the DR1-era Portal Aspect and an assessment of those requirements against the frozen state.

Assessment of the requirements against other possible alternative technologies for the re-implementation of the Portal Aspect, as well as assessment of the development effort required for each alternative, including possible back-end service requirements to support it, will be done under other tickets.
