Description

The MTMount CSC handles communication from the EUI as well as SAL/DDS. Write the component that manages the two channels (EUI and SAL) and forwards data to the client that talks to the low-level TMA controller.

This also requires writing a server that the EUI can connect to.

We have decided to connect the CSC to the HHD TCP/IP port leaving the Operation Manager unchanged. We are also proposing that the vendor add a new TCP/IP port for the CSC and remove CSC functionality from the Operation Manager.
