For the forthcoming 'summary view' section of the QA dashboard, we want to be able to visualize faro metrics over, e.g., all of PDR2. For this, we need to put together a table, indexed by tract/patch, with all the information in one place (e.g., all coordinates needed to make the map visualization, and a column for each metric).
