Confusing help text for pipetask

      Description

The help text for pipetask run says the --pipeline argument takes a pickle file when it (instead?) takes a yaml file. This text should be updated.

There may be other documentation errors in the help text (e.g., are --save-pipeline, --qgraph, and --save-qgraph still valid?) that I can't find, given my lack of familiarity with pipetask.

Andy Salnikov I've assigned this to you. Not urgent but it would be good to fix this in the next few weeks.

Sorry for that, we missed that when we migrated pipelines to YAML format. I fixed help string for both pipeline parameters. QGraph is still being saved and restored from pickle, at least until we find a better format for it.

Krzysztof Findeisen, could you review this, the change is trivial.
