      Description

      • Get PXI software installed onto Labview Realtime target in my office
      • If time permits other tools as well which have been sent by Russell

          All software but the PXI main software has been installed. This is due to lack of finding labview modules.

          I've called NI 4 separate times, the first time they tell me that I don't have tech support. I talk to Ian he tells me we do I need to tell them to add me to the noao group. I call again and I get the tech support. I tell them the modules I'm missing, they tell me they will get back to me and they haven't. I call back like two hours later, I start from the beginning again because they can't give direct phone lines too they can only give you their name. The Wei tells me I need to email them with the packages I need. I've already done that.

          While waiting for replies Petr tells me to try t install the software and let it complain with which modules are modules. This can provide clues as to where the software is.

          As as result of the issues being had with this ticket, a second was made rather than increasing the story points
