Description

Tim Jenness points out that ExposureFitsReader, though not ideal as an internal implementation class, can be used to further optimize Gen2 Butler retrievals. This also prepares the way for Gen3, which will have full access to the features of that class.

Incidentally fixes two other bugs: I had left out a repoData. prefix, and calexp_filename doesn't search through the parents, unlike getUri.
