      Description

For testing pipelines and algorithmic changes in AP it would be useful to be able to run ap_verify against ticket branches in Jenkins, similar to ci_hsc. This ticket is to modify the Jenkins pipeline to make it possible.

The current ap_verify CI pipeline runs nightly and auto-uploads the resulting metrics to SQuaSH; we have to determine what behavior is desired for runs on ticket branches.

Seems to work in a test run. Specifying the full container name is a bit of a pain, but not too bad.

So do we type something like "lsstsqre/centos:7-stack-lsst_distrib-d_2020_06_03" into the second box?

Actually, could we make that default to the latest nightly? That's almost always what we want.

I was going to say it would require much more coding than I would be comfortable with to use the latest nightly, but I guess it's not too hard to default to lsstsqre/centos:d_latest.

I've added the default and tested it with an empty ref (which was apparently broken).
