Support the AuxTel data in ts_wep

      Description

      This task will add the cwfs parameter files of auxiliary telescope in ts_wep and do the related test based on AuxTel2001.ipynb. The upstream cwfs code also fixed some bugs when evaluating the auxiliary telescope data. This task will need to put those fix into ts_wep as well.

          Tested and compared with Bo's cwfs code. Fixed the failed test cases.
