      Description

Rather than a details element, which can't be animated  lets build a custom expanding panel. Try this technique to animate the expansion: https://css-tricks.com/using-css-transitions-auto-dimensions/

Additional feedback from Gregory Dubois-Felsmann related to details disclosure in result cards:

            • The “DETAILS” control does display the pointing-finger cursor, but it doesn’t have an open-closed indication (like a disclosure triangle next to it, or a frame that surrounds the button and the revealed details).  There is a blue-rectangle frame that appears when “DETAILS” is clicked, but only when it’s clicked by hand, not via the “Show Details” blue button.
            • The “Show Details” / “Hide Details” wording on the blue button is just a toggle on the button and doesn’t correlate with the actual state of the details on any documents.  You can reveal all the details “by hand”, and you’ll still see “Show Details”; you can hide them all “by hand”, and still see “Hide Details”.
            • These things together obscure to some extent whether the “Show Details” button is revealing the same details that the “DETAILS” control is revealing.
