QuantumGraph generation for the DRP pipeline fails when more than one patch is in play because ForcedPhotCcdTask is given multiple deepCoadd.wcs inputs (one for each patch that overlaps the CCD) but labels this connection as multiple=False.  It either needs a custom adjustQuantum implementation to select just one of these (they're identical) or to obtain the coadd WCS from something else, like the skymap dataset.

Nate Lust, for my current tests I'm just going to remove this task from the Pipeline - I figure whichever of us is free to work on it first will take care of the actual issue.
