Task to track time spent coordinating meetings, creating agendas, fact finding TMA related information, opening communication between TMA experts and RO team, reporting to Shawn/Andy.

- Private meeting held with Dave to help me understand what LabVIEW softmotion does. and how one can remove it.
- Meeting held with Alberto and Dave. We decided that the only solution to removing the use of LabVIEW softmotion control module is to use OpenPLC directly.
- This solution, and how to move forward with this has been communicated to Shawn and Andy.
- Shawn will be holding a meeting with Victor and Jeff to address this issue, as not having maintainable software result in expensive rewrites. Therefore it is highly desired to resolve this issue now.
