Description
This task will review the rotator Simulink model and try to reproduce the error we had on the summit test that the demand rotator position can be -2000 peak. Another error we have is the peak between tracking targets. We will also investigate the stop profile in model. This is the phase 2 of DM-24799.

Track a target at 3 deg, stop at time=2.2 second, put the system into the SlewAndTrack model again at time=7.1 second. In the mean time, at time=7 seconds, track another target at -1.5 deg. We saw the system was put into the controlledStopping mode by itself at time=8.2 seconds. The system entered the Fault state at a latter time and the Simulink crashed:
