Remove the CI link from the LSST the Docs dashboard pages (LTD Dasher)

      Description

      LTD Dasher has typically displayed a link to the CI dashboard page for a project. However, now that we're using many types of CI systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Travis CI), we can't assume the CI service. Until we modify the LTD Keeper API to let an uploader specify the CI link, we should just omit this information.

            Succeeded in deploying LTD Dasher 0.1.6 to Roundtable.

            This release omits the CI link from dashboards. It also includes an updated Gulp pipeline for building assets.
