            Highlight of this cycle was the release of the lsst.io new portal including the much anticipated search functionality, which immediately proved popular within the project. A number of other enhancements that are useful in preparing for the scientific community, such as promotion of featured user guides, were also incorporated.
            We also completed much needed work for the pipeline documentation so that now Doxygen builds controlled by Documenteer now match the functionality of `sconsUtils`, `lsstDoxygen`, etc. in terms of fully reproducing the `lsst` namespace.
