Description
This epic covers support of production services, including urgent reliability issues, urgent security fixes and ad hoc user requests that should be accomodated with a response time shorter than the planning cycle. In recognition of the use of SQuaRE services for critical commissioning activities, this allocation has been increased this cycle. In the event this allocation will not be used, effort will be directed towards normal development epics.
