Guard against re-ingestion of curated calibs in ap_verify

      Description

      DM-25407 added support to DatasetIngestTask for multiple kinds of curated calibs. However, this meant removing the code that tests whether defects had already been ingested, possibly causing problems when ap_verify is run multiple times.

      Generalize the old code that guarded against defects to support whichever curated calibs are configured to be ingested.
