On Slack it was suggested that the "lsstdoc (LaTeX)" template should be renamed to "Generic LSST doc".

The Slack hint for the template should also indicate that the template isn't intended for technotes (this change should be made in conjunction with error handling in the handler).

Also, I noticed that the template for the lsstdoc template doesn't have its own README - the readme was copied over from the test_report template.
