      Description

      Document the algorithm of interpolation for rotator. At this moment, the rotator Simulink model uses the extrapolation for track command. This task tries to define the question clearly and provides the analytical solution of interpolation. The update of Simulink model will be a separate ticket.

            This Jira ticket is just to try to identify the questions. The possible solution and related action should be in other tickets.

            You could just modify the English part on the confluence page. But for the physical part, maybe we need to discuss together to make sure our physical thinkings are on the same page.

            Te-Wei Tsai and I discussed the page at length today. He will still make some updates, but at this point I think it is close enough to accept it for this review.

            You may want to reference DM-25845 (a request to also take delta-velocity into account to decide if slewing or tracking), in the discussion of how the Rotator decides if it is slewing.
