Add units to M1M3 telemetry, degrees as units instead of radians

      Description

      M1M3 SS telemetry (ts_xml/sal_interfaces/MTM1M3/MTM1M3_Telemetry.xml) is missing units (A for current,..). It will be nice to include those as implemented in cRIO (e.g. A for current is measured as voltage on cRIO module, where there is a conversion between voltage to current). Also lot of angles (xRotation,..) claims either uniteless or deg, but in fact the unit as implemented is radians. That needs to be checked and changed.
