      Description

      The explicitly-pinned packages in scipipe_conda_env at 1a1d771 are now incompatible with upstream conda-forge and appear to prevent any conda-forge packages from being installed on top.

      Re-pin the dependencies, for now with minimal changes to avoid any possible downstream effects on the Science Pipelines.
