      Description

Since we care about the most recent tags and files in versiondb for the purposes of lsstsw, we should do a shallow commit ( –depth=1 ) when deploying lsstsw.

Cloning versiondb takes 22 seconds on my machine and downloads 153MB, while cloning with a depth of 1 takes only 4 seconds and downloads 9MB.

This may improve more if we clean up ver_db and dep_db directories.

If we clean up ver_db and dep_db directories that will bring the total size down to 4MB when doing a clone with depth=1.
