We should be able to update a list of metric definitions from the SQuaSH API. Currently there's no PUT for the metrics/ endpoint. If we use POST SQuaSH cannot overwrite a metric that already exists.

We notice that using the Sandbox environment when helping Sophie Reed to upload new metric definitions for pipe_analysis.
