      Description

Please add Seaborn to the default Science Pipelines Conda environment. This would be a good package for the forthcoming "extras" package list (as it is unlikely Jenkins will need it), but if that "extras" functionality is a ways off, it would be good to have this sooner so people can use it. It's a small package (see the RFC for details), so should be a fairly trivial add for the jenkins environment. I could be moved over to "extras" when that becomes available.

This is the implementation ticket for RFC-707.

Noting for my own confusion: this was subsumed into DM-26148, and will be done there.
