      Description

      When time permits rewrite the Hexapod and Rotator CSC commanders to use the standard salobjlCscCommander and delete the hexrotcomm.CscCommander.

      I wrote the hexrotcomm version first, and the salobj version based on that. The salobj version is now much better.
