Remove the use of Regaussianization quantities for star-PSF comparison

      Description

      The two functors in pipe_analysis namely E1ResidsHsmRegauss and E2ResidsHsmRegauss subtract the PSF model ellipticity from PSF-deconvolved ellipticity for a star catalog. This is not a well motivated operation and could lead to misuse. This ticket is do the following two things:

      1) Remove Regauss from the functor names as quantities from Regaussianization procedure aren't to be used.

      2) Replace HsmRegauss_e1/e2 with measured adaptive source moments

            The scope of this ticket is revised to simply mark the invalid functors as deprecated that Sophie Reed must drop while porting pipe_analysis to its Gen3 version.

            Looks great! Thanks for going the extra mile and fixing other docstrings. Hopefully our looking at regauss measurements on point sources is a thing of the past now!
