Adding missing components to 'raw' datasets formatter in Butler Gen 3

      Description

      Is there a way to get the bbox w/o loading the Expsoure object for raw images in HSC?  I tried Butler.get() with "raw.bbox" but that failed.
       
      Per input from Kian-Tat Lim:
      Looks like some components are in FitsExposureFormatter but not FitsRawFormatterBase.
       
      For many, it makes sense, but bbox, dimensions, detector, and maybe validPolygon and exposureInfo could be added

          Did gen2 have these working at all? I don't really know what they are but we should add them to the list of things to try to add. I'm going to call this a low priority for the moment.
