Currently in generateAcronyms.py  you can not add a glossary entry locally . The local myacronyms.txt is still the old format before we differentiated between acronyms and glossary items.  The simple fix would be to allow an optional third column with A or G and interpret this correctly on loading.  Another approach would be to allow a local myglossary.tex which is appended to aglossary.tex when its created.
